Bombay Sapphire features in our Ultimate Tom Collins recipe, created specifically to celebrate the opening of ‘SUPERMARKET’, a partnership with Bombay Sapphire and the Design Museum, showcasing the importance of creativity.

Made with Bombay Sapphire, fresh lemonade, Sicilian lemon, and homemade lemon extracts, we have created the ultimate summer Collins, with the addition of a little Champagne for depth and complexity.

Recommended serve: take from the fridge and pour straight over cubed ice into a highball glass.

Garnish with a lemon wheel.
