Click & Collect Service – Free

We operate a Click & Collect Service for our bottled cocktails and other items.

Click & Collect is available:

Monday 11am – 5pm

Tuesday 3pm – 5pm

Wednesday 11am – 5pm

Thursday 2pm – 5pm

Friday 2pm – 5pm

Saturday 2pm – 5pm

Sunday 3pm – 5pm

Please specify your collection day at checkout and the time at which you would like to collect.

When you arrive, please knock at the door and we will hand you your items.

Please wear a face mask when making a collection.

Have your name and order number to hand.

Please note that ID and/or proof of age may be required at collection.

We will not accept collections once the bar is open - please make sure you arrive in advance of 5pm.

Domestic Shipping – Flat Rate £8.50

If you cannot Click & Collect and you do not live locally, then we can arrange for your items to be delivered.

We charge a flat rate of £8.50 to ship your order.

The flat shipping rate applies to any number of items up to and including a weight of 10kg. Should your order be above this weight, we will contact you to discuss additional shipping fees.

Domestic shipping is available for UK mainland only.

If you would like to arrange shipping to the Scottish Highlands or Islands, Isle of White or Isle of Man, please contact us and we can arrange a shipping quote.

We will process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.

Ordered items will only be dispatched for delivery Monday to Friday.

No items will be dispatched for domestic shipping at weekends or Bank Holidays.

Most deliveries will be next day from the time of dispatch but occasionally might take an additional day.

Items will be sent via DPD.

You will receive a tracking number and shipping updates via email/text.

We are always working to see if we can reduce the price of our shipping and we will revise our shipping costs when any savings can be made.

Tracking

Our domestic shipping comes with parcel tracking.

You will receive an email/text directly from DPD once they have safely received your items for dispatch - this will allow you to track your delivery.

They will further provide a time slot to allow you to plan for the arrivAL of the items you have ordered.

Please note that once your items are with DPD, we are unable to impact the speed of delivery.

Issues and breakages:

Whilst we will endeavour to pack everything as safely as possible, on occasion there might be breakages and delays with some deliveries. Please accept our apologies in advance for any such issues.

Should your order be incomplete or damaged in any way, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we would be happy to help.
